I’ve been a client at Chaplin Dental for the past 20 years. My dentist retired and Dr. Diana came recommended by him. My experience has always been incredibly positive from the service, care, expertise, knowledge to the friendly and caring staff. I’m grateful that my experiences have always surpassed my expectations! Thank you!!

I was on google searching for, "the best cosmetic dentist in Toronto" At the top of my search list appeared Chaplin Dental, I decided to take a look at the reviews. While scrolling down all I saw was positive feedback. At that instance I called Chaplin Dental to arrange a consultation with Dr. Metyas I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist, who kept me informed and provided me with the needed information about the clinic and my procedures. The receptionist then booked me a free consultation with Dr. Diana. Well, long story short, Dr. Metyas infromed me about the options that I had, I was impressed, I booked my appointment and honestly I couldn't be happier!! I have recommended my friends and family, and I will definitely be coming back. 11/10 for the Chaplin Dental team.

Dr. Metyas and her support staff are extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They have made every visit easy, from helping me determine my insurance coverage to making useful recommendations for my dental care. In previous experiences, other dental offices seemed to push unnecessary and costly procedures, but I did not get that impression from this practice at all. They have gone above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

Dr Diana was great! It was easy to get an appointment. Staff was friendly & reassuring. Dr Diana is very personable & does not try to push unneeded work. She will explain everything & listen to you. Great experience!

Description of work:

Needed a new crown to replace an old crown that never fit well & had come off & the prep work underneath had broken off.

I just left the doctors office and once again I leave feeling *really* taken care of - the doctor taking her time to give an in-depth consult, patiently answering all our questions, giving her best advice based on my health and well-being vs her potential profit/ pocket book. This kind of care and integrity, although rare in other offices, is what I have now grown accustomed to by Dr. Metyas. In addition her staff is efficient and friendly and they too have consistently gone above and beyond. I should mention that I have gone to her for years now and have recommended her to my husband, mother ( only the best for mom!) and friends. I worked in the health industry for years and when you find an honest and super-skilled doctor, you hold onto them and thank your lucky stars. Highly recommend her ( obviously)

Is it possible to love your dentist? Well, I LOVE my dentist! She’s gentle yet efficient. I actually look forward to my visits. I drive over an hour to see her because she’s one of a kind. Thank you for excellent patient care Dr Diana.

Where do I even begin with this doctor Dr. Diana is a minty breath of fresh air ( no pun intended) she has been our family dentist now for the past 7 years. I’ve referred to her many of my work colleagues and I must say each of them has come back to me to thank me for the wonderful referral. I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Diana this clinic is very welcoming and family friendly they see both our children. The staff here is also great the front staff is courteous and accommodating they always remind me to validate my parking so that I don’t have to pay! Free parking is just a perk to many others of being is this doctors care.

Dr Diana metyas was recommended to me by my work colleague who spoke very highly of her. And turns out she is indeed amazing.
She’s professional, kind, and highly skilled. She is calm which puts your nerves at ease and very gentle when she completed my complex dental work that after years of avoiding the dentist, made me wish I found her sooner!
Highly recommend her, especially to anyone nervous about dentists..

Biography

Dr. Metyas completed both her BSc and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degrees at the University of British Columbia with Dean’s List ranking. Dr. Metyas is dedicated to continuing professional development, as she continues to advance her dental expertise in all areas of the profession. Dr. Metyas has extensive experience with Invisalign (the clear braces system), and is listed as a “Preferred Provider”. In 2012, she completed her training with the Misch Implant Institute and became a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Metyas has completed various other courses in aesthetic, restorative, and endodontic therapy. She is certified to administer oral and IV sedation, being able to perform all dental procedures under sedation. She is a member of both the Canadian and Ontario Dental Associations, along with the Toronto East and Toronto Central Dental Society. Being proficient in Arabic, French and Spanish has allowed Dr. Metyas to attend to a multitude of patients from various cultures. With a passion for helping others, Dr. Metyas’ love for volunteering has also led her to dental missionary trips to Mexico, Cambodia, and more recently Guatemala. When she is not in the clinic, Dr. Metyas enjoys yoga, travelling and spending time with family.
