I was diagnosed with sever herniation in spine which resulted in incapacitating pain in my shoulders, arms, and hands. I do not believe that spinal surgery is a viable long term solution so I tried several other therapies to ease the pain. I had steroid injections, chiropractic, acupuncture, and physical therapy and nothing was effective in relieving the pain. Then I had the good fortune to be introduced to Baaha by a friend. Bahaa was able to give me immediate relief, but more importantly, after consistent therapy, he was able to get me out of permanent pain and bring me to a livable state. In many ways Baaha saved my life and has allowed me to be pain free living a quality life. I have since recommended Baaha to family members and friends who have all seen the same results. Baaha is truly a magician!

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at 37 years old in 1997. I read about holistic responses in addition to seeing a neurologist. Bahaa Karra was recommended to me for his treatment of massage and nerve stimulation. I have seen him almost weekly for 15 years and can't say enough about how great he is. I have no symptoms of multiple sclerosis. My MRIs show almost no trace of former lesions. His treatment helps relieve stress and tightness in my neck, arms and wrists. I continue to see my neurologist annually and take shots of interferon. I will definitely continue to see Bahaa weekly for the many health benefits his treatment provides me.

I was diagnosed with Severe Ulnar Neuropathy on my left hand and surgery was recommended to move my ulnar away from the ulnar groove where it normally rests. This is what I was told by a doctor at the Curtis Hand Institute in Baltimore and a Neurologist in Silver Spring. I am a pianist and was concerned about surgery on my nerves and hand, so I looked for another solution. I found Dr. Karra and within our first meeting was assured there could be another way. Dr. Karra took time to listen to my whole story and determined he could rejuvenate the nerves in my hand but that it would take time. At this point the left side of my hand was essentially dead, with little or no feeling, zero strength, muscular atrophy, etc. Over the course of 8 months I worked with Dr. Karaa, meeting twice a week for his nerve revigorating and aligning techniques, as well as advice on how to change the daily habits that brought about the symptoms. I am so happy now that my hand has made a FULL recovery!
