Dr. Ball refused to do the type crown for a molar I needed. He has a porcelain crown maker machine , so he only wants to do those which are not good for molars.He talked down to me twice so I got a new dentist that confirmed I needed a stronger crown. Ball said I should not get info from the internet and wanted to know who told me that. He talks down to women. I love my new dentist! They listen & treats me with respect.

Thinks he knows it all at age 33. He took over for his Dad. He does not want to hear your opinion on what you want done in your mouth.

I cannot say enough good things about Craig Ball! He has been wonderful! My most recent visit was for a cavity filling. It was determined that the tooth needed a crown due to the previous filling (done by a different dentist) that was in it had gone bad. Dr Ball not only prepped that tooth for my crown that day, but he also had the crown made AND put in place within 1 hour!! I was impressed! Not only by his thoroughness, but how friendly and professional he and his staff were. I am very happy that I selected him as my new dentist and would refer anyone who is looking for a new dentist to his office.

Ignored everything that I said. Did not help at all. He said the phrase "is that your broke tooth."
