I'd like for dr. Payne to please get back to me with his photograph please. I had a dream about a name " robert paul payne" and well, I have a friend with whom I actually matched you ( of course in my dream!). I believe this means something, anyway what do you have to lose?

I cannot and do not for any reason recommend this Dr. I'm not going to go into details, but best I can say is patient beware.

I am the primary caregiver for both of my elderly parents, and as a result I see a lot of doctors with them. Dr. Payne was so helpful with my father. He showed patience, kindness, and compassion as he explained my father's condition. As a specialist, I am sure his time with his patients is always an issue, but I didn't feel like he was rushed. He answered all of our questions with respect and a gentle nature. My dad appreciated that very much, as did I. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Robert Payne is a true professional! He was very knowledgeable about my urinary difficulties and had clearly read the information from my family doctor's referral. He established a plan of action quickly and outlined how we would deal with my recurring uti's. He made me feel comfortable and cared for by speaking in a calm, friendly and professional manner. I am thankful that I was able to get an appointment with him. I have seen other specialists and I would rate him at the top.

I wish I could give no star to him.I dont wanna use dr title for him so I say Robert Payne put my new born baby`s life in danger. 2 hours after circumcision my son start bleeding and I called his office nobody got back to me even the day after. we had to go to hospital emergency and even them they were shocked!! They were unable to stop his bleeding and they sent us to sick kids hospital by ambulance. They were gonna put my 2 weeks baby into sleep to do the surgery and I stopped them. We decided to put a bandage temporary to see what is gonna happen. Thanks GOD it stopped the day after. MOST SCARY EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Even after we went to see him. He said why you are attacking me????
You know what never put yourself in his hand.

I was rushed to Markham Stouffville hospital just recent with pelvic pain. He helped me out in a matter of minutes. He’s just amazing!!! I would absolutely recommend him vet professional, knowledgeable and explained the procedure in full. Thanks Doc my pain is gone.

I'm unsure if June 6/18 person had the same doctor but I can assure you that Dr. Robert Payne, Urologist, Richmond Hill, ON is polite, friendly and highly educated. He takes his time with his patients and provides excellent follow-up care. True too, his staff is polite, friendly and helpful.

I have a terrible experience dealing with this person and his clinic in Newmarket! Please stay away from him! Worst service ever received both from his staff and him personally towards my son!

I took my son to see Dr. Payne for one concern and ended up learning about another issue. As a mom, knowing that this person would be performing surgery on my son, Dr. Payne had such a wonderful, gentle, kind, and lighthearted demeanour. His knowledge added even more trust and my son and I were both very comfortable with the procedure, A wonderful man and doctor who should be the first referral for all.
