This amount paid does not reflect the entire amount asked for. There was also a $350.00 charge.This was for the removal of a WART!!! She did not get it right the first time and I had to return which is when she charged me an additional $751.84. She also sent the tissue to the lab TWICE even though it was declared negative the first one month before for additional charges to QuestLab. This person is in it for the bucks and could care less about you! Out of pocket was over $1000.00 for the removal of a small wart!
