Chao's pretty cool. Very thorough in his explanation of things, down to the osteoblasts and type A collagen.. extremely competent as a surgeon. I highly recommend him if you happen to snap your frail limbs into shards and need repairs.

Dr. Chao has a great bedside manner. I found him to be very competent in his specialty, and he takes the time to patiently answer all my questions. I am very pleased with his service provided thus far.
