Dr. Haines is an absolute treasure. She's delivered all three of my daughters and is the most caring and compassionate doctor I could have ever hoped for. She is knowledgable and kind and always takes the time to ask me how I am and genuinely listens. One of her staff members is always rude on the phone, but I'll put up with that if it means keeping this gem of a doctor!

I always feel as if I’m an inconvenience when I see Dr. Haines, and she’s rushing me back out the door as quickly as possible. Tends to pass me off to a specialist, without first determining which type would be best to treat my issue.

Very unhelpful. Wouldn't give me more than a two month supply of medication for when I was going travelling for six months. As a result I've had to come down off of one medication and reduce my use of another. Often half an hour late to appointments. You practically have to beg to get specialist appointments.
