The front desk staff lack in empathy and education. As for Dr.Ebraham he is passive and seems to be thinking of other things while speaking to him he often has to have you repeat what you are saying. If your in need of a referral it takes the front staff nearly eight weeks to send out a referral for you, and then you have to await almost another six to eight weeks before the doctor you were referred too can see you, my complaint is not with the doctor that we/I have been referred too, my complaint is with the staffing at Summitview medical care. Please invest your time in finding a proper doctor and his staffing, remember they are working for you and not the other way around!
