Very difficult to get an appointment with this doctor. Even more difficult to get test results. Cannot assume that hearing nothing is good news. Secretary told me when I called that test result had been received and result was high which indicated requirement for consultation. As the result was concerning my husband, secretary told me that she would get permission from Dr. Croteau and that she would call me back the same day. Days went by, I tried calling again and suggested that perhaps it would be best to make an appointment with Dr. to get the results. I was told that was not necessary and that she would call back. That all took place in early November 2022, as of January 20th, 2023, still no call with the results. In the meantime, I was able to access the test result on Carnet Sante Quebec and I immediately contacted Dr. Robert Archambault who is my husband's radiologist and he has personally helped my husband to get the required tests in order to start cancer treatment.
