I would never suggest this physician to anyone that is expecting good bed side manner. He also seems to forget to introduce himself and goes right to asking if you have diabetes before inserting a scope without warning. He is someone that may know his stuff but could work on some soft skills. I'd rather go out of town than have this guy touch me again.

Being busy is no excuse for NOT informing your patient he has cancer. This doctor waited 6 weeks until my next appointment to tell me I had cancer in spite of numerous calls to his office enquiring about the test results. Calls were never returned either by his staff or himself. I guess when you are the only game in town you can invent your own protocol and a patient's needs become an inconvenience. He is always unreachable. Drive to Sudbury or Toronto if you have to. Because you certainly won't get proper care through this office.

He refused to come in on a Saturday to the ER even though he was on call, said the issue could wait. I ended up losing my kidney as a result. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone, its a real shame we don't have a better urologist taking patients in the Soo -- I go out of town now.
