Worst doctor specialist I ever seen. Came in his office, he ask what’s the problem. I explained quickly because he looked so NOT interested. So, I sat on the examination table, cauterized my nose. Just said put vaseline twice a day and off I went. Nothing else, no info about the precautions I needed to take…nothing. He’s a rude person that calls himself a doctor…pffff

Ce médecin est un charlatan narcissique. Aucun empathie pour ses clients. Il m’a fait une intervention esthétique et m’a complètement ratée et il nie depuis le jour 1. Je veux faire un recours collectif pour son manque de professionnalisme. Il ne devrait même plus pratiquer. Il veut juste faire du cash !!

Awful experience. I went with my 3 years old because of many many ear infections. He didn’t event consult him just gave him a paper 2 min tops. After two visits with him he finally sent a request for tubes at children’s hospital. Only to find out that he send a consultstion not for tubes. I waited 6 months for this. My kid had 6 ear infections during this time. So unprofessional it’s unbelievable.

Rendez-vous en ORL pour des vertiges à 15h10. J'entends une patiente dire qu'elle a rv à 15h15 avec le même médecin ce qui veut dire que mon rv ne durera pas plus que 5 min. Ce doit être une erreur, mais non! J'expose mes symptômes au médecin. Il m'examine en 30 sec à peine sans jamais me poser de questions. Je lui pose des questions et lui demande des précisions. Il répond pour la forme. Mon rv aura duré à peine 5 min seulement parce que moi je lui a posé qq questions. Je suis fâchée de son attitude et de son manque de professionnalisme. Je sens que la seule chose qui lui importe c'est de faire le plus d'argent possible sur le dos des patients et de profiter du système

where to start? I entered his office, he was on the phone. asks me if my nose is real and then finishes our 3min consultation that I needed to lose weight. I have been waiting for this consult for all of my life because of my repetitive ear infections and I guess my file isn't impressive enough for him. He told me I just get sucked than other people when I get sick and prescribed me a nose spray for my leaky nose. I looked him up after my appointment which was a big mistake as his main concern on his instagram is promoting lip injections for the holidays.

Quel phénomène, en rentrant dans le bureau il me demande ce que j’ai; je lui réponds que j’ai la gorge qui est toujours comme hérité et que je m’étouffe avec la nourriture de petite texture comme le couscous le riz etc. Il me répond aussitôt : MOI je sais ce que tu as. Il faut que tu boives durant les repas. C’est déjà fini, je ne suis pas encore assis à son bureau.
Quel perte de temps, dire que c’est compliqué pour avoir un rdv avec un spécialiste O.R.L. et on nous donne ce charlatan.

The doctor was 30mins late and for a cauterization he did not numb the nasal canal first, did the procedure in a hurry and since my 21 daughter is crying and hurting. She had that procedure done before with another doctor and everything went extremely well.

No sense of common and basic hygiene when palpating a patient, slapping smell of tobacco and no hand hygiene beforehand, prescribes antibiotics for viral flu-like symptoms

We had an appointment at 5:30. My husband was in the building at 5:30, took the elevator at 5:30 and get into his office at 5:32. They refused my husband! Based on the late appointment and the fact he was a new patient. This is ridiculous. If he wants to leave the office, he should have the last appointment of the day before the time of the last patient. I would like to ask him if he ever has been 2 minutes (not 5,10 or 15 minutes) late… And us, we wait when they are not at time and the appointment is paid by our taxes.
