I would love to have Dr. Sustrik as my family doctor.

Dr. Sustrik and his nurse Michelle S. both provided me with excellent service at the Victoria Urgent Care on May 17/21 Monday. I really appreciated the Dr. consulting with others to come up with a plan to address my problem as soon as possible. Thank you both - I sincerely appreciate everything you did.

Prescribed me pills for something I don’t have! Gave me a few tests that rules out my problem being something, then gave me pills and said “take these and go home”

But the test was negative so it wasn’t that and you didn’t figure out what it actually was. My family doctor laughed because the pills won’t help me now that I actually know what the problem is. Thanks for just wanting to get me out of there and not listening to the symptoms! That’s why I was at the hospital, to actually be looked at.

Dr. Sustrik made a very uncomfortable situation more bearable with his profession attitude and demeanor. He also used levity to lighten up a tense situation.
When he came into the room he asked question to assess the situation, and although my injury was new to him, he sought out guidance from other staff and quickly made a decision on what needed to be done (knowing your limitations and seeking help is a strength).
My trip through St Boniface Emergency was done in a timely fashion by not only Dr. Sustrik but also the staff who were attentive and helpful throughout the four and one half hours on a Saturday night.
Kudos to all in the St B Emergency Department.

Got hit by a car last night while riding my bike. My injuries were minor, but the care I received at St. B was excellent. The doctor was thorough, kind and attentive. The nurses were wonderful, too.
And this is besides the point, but the doctor is also a total babe. The ER isn't a fun place to find yourself, but despite getting hit by a car, I consider myself lucky for ending up in such great care.

Not my favorite doctor but definitely competent. I've had much better ER doctors through WHRA. He spoke with me to learn my case facts, promised to follow-up, and kept that promise, so props to him for that. Lots of doctors just forget you after leaving the room and never bother to follow through on their word.
