She is my family doctor for a few years now, I’ve seen her about twice only, every other time she is unavailable or I wait months to see a nurse practitioner. (When I saw her she was great and she took the time to listen) but you have to get an appointment to experience this. Which doesn’t happen!!!
I absolutely cannot get an appointment with her and forget about getting a prescription refill. Since July I’ve had my pharmacy fax my prescription, unable to get a reply. It’s been 3 months.

Since 2020, it is impossible to see her. She is my family doctor but it takes months to be seen and even then, after years of not seeing her, my concerns are undermined and quickly brushed off. She has changed since 2019, I think she is more into being a professor now than an actual doctor.

Do not listen , difficult to book appointment, forget to write prescription,so need another appt.
Doesn’t seems to care , no physical exam, she’s more a technician prescribing test than a doctor

Appointments are impossible, getting through the receptionist or online, was told to go to a walk in clinic after a declined request online. 15 minute appointment after 2 years then rushed out, I had other health concerns, she had no interest in that. The positive ratings are from a few years ago, I guess things have changed since then.

It seems like I am seeing a different doctor. Make appointment but was given two months later! Cancelled the morning on the appointment day! THIS HAPPENED TWICE!! Never informed the results! Very disappointed!

She is my family doctor, but it is true that she never receives my requests. Every time her secretary replied that she could only make an appointment after two years.

The government assigned her to me as my family doctor. it has been more than 3 years since the assignment. I have never made an appointment. the secretary always replied that there will no appointment until two years later. if there is an urgent need, see an emergency doctor. she is my family doctor and never see me, why does she do it? completely irresponsible.

She is a great doctor for my mom and all my family members including me.
Always try to help the best way possible. She would listen to all the problems carefully and is very brave in finding solutions. I’m very happy to have her as a family doctor.
