Dr Lampron helped me with a hernia I have been struggling with for years. She is truly magic and I can't thank her and her staff enough. Everyone single person in her office was so caring and accommodating. I felt so cared for and supported. They even called me to the next day to make sure, I was doing okay! Top quality care! In 2011 I had surgery on December 15th. NO other Surgeon would tackle my unknown mass. There were three organs affected by this mass that appeared in a CT Scan. On the day of the 8 1/2 hour surgery she brought in other surgeons to work with her on the organs of their expertise. Honestly after 2 years of others surgeons just doing test after test and making money from the consults I finally found a surgeon who know what she was doing she visited me every day in hospital and I never had a fear with her in charge. Those who have Dr. Lampron are very well cared for.

I only had a consultation but she succeeded in not only blatantly stating false medical science, but in a short time with basically no questions she humiliated and demeaned me. I told her in no uncertain terms did I want her performing my surgery.

I have been in the hospital for4 days and Dr Lampron is the general surgeon . She just came to speak to me and was very thorough , concise & patient. I was satisfied with her recommendation of not removing the gall bladder

Dr Lampron repaired a large incision hernia for me in January 2021. I've met with her a couple of times outside of the actual operation and found her open to questions, very pleasant and informative.
The actual operation so far appears to have been a complete success. It might have been nice to see her a bit more following the surgery but I did have regular visits, including over the weekend by other doctors, present during the surgery.
Overall an excellent experience.

I had to follow up with staff to get procedure appointment information 6 weeks after initial appointment. No information given - I had to ask for details (e.g., where, do I need to do any prep, do I need someone to drive me home, etc). Surgery was done in clinic at Parkdale to remove lipoma. Not enough local was given and I could feel incisions as she cut out lipoma that was located on my ribs. She stopped several times as I was saying I could feel cuts and in pain (crying at this point) to add more local. It seemed she didn’t wait for the additional local to take effect and kept pulling and cutting at lipoma that was attached to muscle saying she was almost done. After lipoma was finally out and stitches were being put in I could feel last few. Overall it was a horrible experience during the procedure. I was in pain, upset, shaking and had been told I didn’t need someone to drive me home so I didn’t bring someone with me and had to drive myself home. I had to ask about after care of wound and was told it would feel like workout - nope - since the incision was on my core it hurt with every breath and movement for 2-3 days afterwards. I haven’t seen the incision yet as it is still bandaged but I am hoping it is not a hack job like the procedure. Overall a horrible experience and I would NOT recommend this doctor.

I felt the need to write this review because the negative reviews had made me consider getting a different surgeon for my procedure as I was anxious whether it would be done correctly. I’m glad I disregarded the negative reviews as likely bias. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the work done by Dr. Lampron. I am very satisfied with the result and have no issues. She and her residents were extremely supportive and she took genuine pride in the positive results. Please take the negative reviews with a grain of salt - she is a professional.

No questions left unanswered. Very professional, pleasant,helpful and efficient. At no time was I left with the feeling that my fears and questions were trivial. The surgery and post surgical care was excellent.
