Had to wait for the secretary and Dr Crostella to finish discussing the benefits of paying a mortgage fortnightly instead of monthly before he called me in. Initially discounted my gall bladder symptoms then on the second appointment questions why I haven’t had it removed. Arrogant and condescending.
