Had the staff call and leave me a voicemail that I could book an appt after several months of waiting. I called back 26 times so far, all times during business hours and have yet to have someone pick up the phone. They do not have a voicemail just a note saying to call again. Very frustrating as it has now been 2 months since they’ve called me and I have not had them call me again and cannot get through. Will be seeing a different dermatologist at a different clinic.
