What an oustanding doctor. I was a bit anxious with this being my second visit to the ER within 24 hours. Dr Wiezel was attentive, caring and went about the business of getting the situation under control. She explained each step, was reassuring and when all was said and done I left the ER feeling wonderful (the issue had been dealt with, I understood what had happened). In the business world, I would refer to my experience as an "Outstanding Customer Service" event.
