She is arrogant with patients and families. Her knowledge in the ed field is poor. She uses shame to try to control patients. She allows medically unstable patients to drive home with no treatment.

Rude, doesn't offer any help. Counselors are very bad and rude as well. Do not recommend at all. A waste of money

She was very rude. Not caring and not encouraging. She just tries to make you scared of her

I believe Rouse is very unhelpful because she is negative

Dr Rouse was helpful at first, but lately I dread appts with her. She basically told me that I was CHOOSING to be sick and wouldn't listen to me at all. she was rude.
