Dr. Sutter is a great doctor I give her 5 stars but he staff is terrible, rude, and over book appointments. I've had 3 office visits and got there on time and waited at least 1 1/2-2hours past my appointment time before the doctor saw me. Waiting at counter after appointment to make follow up and 2 staff members having a personal conversation right in front of me kept talking while I'm standing there waiting to schedule. Another staff member walking past asked if I was waiting to schedule.
