It's definitely a russian practice, but he and his staff made us feel welcome. He correctly diagnosed my son and treated him for a heart infection. He ordered all the appropriate tests, followed up at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 6 mos and 1 yr, each time with an EKG and echo, if needed. Very satisified with Dr. Rukshin and his staff at both office locations!
