This is one of maybe 3 Drs. that I have seen in my life (62 now) that I have left the office asking myself, why did I even come here. The last Drs. I have seen for 30+ years treated me with the same meds. I wanted to get rid of some meds. and the Dr. before her gave me more. I just want to go back to what worked for 30+ years. I don't want to be a guinea pig for the pharmaceutical companies. I think this should be easy. No way with Dr. Nguyen. My psychiatrist put me on them. She disagrees with him although I saw him for years and her 1 time for my 15 minutes and time was up and she walked out. The rating below mine is exactly how I feel about her. Don't call back and try to complain as they told me I was aggressive and called the police. I told the officer that the meds. I am trying to refill keep me from getting anxiety and for my back spasms so I can sleep. She doesn't like how I act? Tell the dumb b xxxx to refill my meds. I don't like me when I feel this way. My quality of life sucks now thanks to the Dr. Another dr. at her office gave me a partial refill without seeing me. To him, I thank you. To her, wish I never meet you. That's being as nice as I can be right now. Thank you for giving me a place to be heard.

Every time I have to go to the doctor I dread it, not because I hate the doctors but because I know I'm going to be disappointed. It's hard to be displeased with her in the office because she is very kind but once I leave I feel like I wasted my time and money. She has never given me medication when I needed it with out having to practically beg. I currently have a uti and she ordered a urine test and blood test, blood test seems unnecessary but if she says it needs to be done, fine. Now I've been told I have to wait 2 to 3 days for the results and maybe medication will follow. As a doctor, a women and just a human being she should know that will be unbearable. I've called twice and went into tell the receptionist that if I don't receive medication soon I will have to go the ER because I am in way too much pain to wait. She clearly doesn't care. This isn't the first time I have felt uncared for and just dismissed. Planning on changing doctors asap!

I have seen Dr. Nguyen twice and absolutely loved her. She took so much time with me. She took her time, asked me questions, asked me what was on my mind. Very thorough and nice. My insurance is changing due to Obamacare and I am quite upset. I would keep Dr. Nguyen as my doctor if possible. It doesn't look like it's going to work out and I am deeply dissappointed. I highly recommend her.

I was a little upset today when I brought my mother to see Dr.Nguyen. My mom had a lot of anxiety going to a new doctor. She doesn't have transportation so it's very hard for her to get to a doctor, it had been awhile so she had a few things to discuss. She hasn't been sleeping well so she tried to talk to her about it and was told they need to get to that next time because they had already talked about a lot on this visit. That really upset my mother and it ruined her visit and made her feel like the doctor doesn't care and was just trying to move her along like just another piece of cattle.
