Very knowledgeable and considerate of her patients. Excellent visit, since I was absent over a year. Her procedures were efficient and time was of no quest ion. quite a enjoyable experience. Will be going back again soon. Her staff were also very helpful when entering the facility.

I am wondering whether the poor ratings are fake. Dr. Leong is so relaxed and chill, I can't imagine her ever yelling at anybody and I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes (that's on a busy day) for my appointments. I have been seeing Dr. Leong for almost 30 years and she is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is 10/10.

Dr. Leong is a wonderful human and Doctor. She is gentle, caring, and thorough. I read a review here where someone said she screamed and yelled. This makes me think it’s a fake review, because I have known her for years and that does not even make sense with who she is. She might make corrections with staff, but that’s because she’s a veteran and that is her job. I am very grateful that this knowledgeable woman is my eye doctor!

I had to book an appointment under her due to her previous associate doctor left. I've heard rumors about her lack of punctuality but I definitely wasn't ready to wait more than 1 hour passed my scheduled time for the appointment.

Unprofessional doctor. She avoids your calls and appointments if she doesn't make money off you after your initial eye exam. This doctor is clearly in optometry for the money. She also had us wait outside (ofcourse understandably for covid since the place is small) but we waited almost an hour before we could even see her. Not to mention we came 10 minutes early for our appointment.

She also screamed and yelled at her staff for something she did wrong IN FRONT of us. I could barely hear what she had said at first since I wasnt initially paying attention but she clearly told her receptionist to prioitize a specific task first and she comes back a few minutes later to scream at her asking why she didn't do a different task first. I mean sure maybe the doctor forgot she said to prioritize the first task. But this is something you should be discussing behind closed doors with your staff, not belittling your employee in front of your customers. Overall I was not happy with my experience with this doctor and would not recommend her unless you have the time to waste on her lack of puntualness.
