Unacceptable hygiene practice and terrible place for children

I have been a patient of Dr. Liu for almost 20 years, and him and his staff have consistently been phenomenal. They are always genuinely caring and attentive to ensure I get the best care that I need. Dr. Liu takes the time to explain various treatment options with pros and cons for each and his quality of work is top notch.

Very friendly and open environment. Gentle and dont try to upsell treatment. You feel like family and well taken care of here. They are even great with my 4year old.

Both Eugene and dean Liu are fantastic dentists. They listen to your problem and always chart out a very logical and clear path to fix your teeth. They are very caring and will only do what work is necessary. Jessica, Natasha and the entire front desk staff are great to work with, very pleasant and helpful.

Recently had a root canal and cleaning at Liu Dental. What fantastic People. Dr. Eugene and his assistant were excellent in explaining everything to me before, during and after the root canal procedure. Natasha did my cleaning - great woman. And Juliana on the front desk is simply so friendly and pleasant. Great team and great experience all around. Thanks for the great service.

I hope Dr. Liu can improve both his technical skill and receiveing patient's skill. Try to pay more attention to do good job for patient instead of money, money, money.
I don't like Dr. Liu's dad who handles the clinic always try to upsell for Dr. Liu.
Money is import, but all patients' health are more import!

"Dr. Eugene Liu and his brother Dean have an outstanding dental practice. I stumbled across Dr. Eugene in an emergency situation when I needed a root canal and have not left the office since. Dr Eugene Liu is very meticulous - completing his work to a very high standard of care. He takes the time to explain procedures or to talk through options or issues that the patient may be having. Dr. Eugene also works with an amazing dental hygienist, who really takes the time to do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Dr. Eugene and his clinical practice."

This patient saw Dr.Eugene Liu, I don't understand why she/he reviewed the brother Dean Liu is outstanding dental practice doctor too. Who wrote this review? I hope it wrote by a patient not a relative.
To be an doctor, must can be trusted and honest, but you are not the one up till now!
