He was tough and over the top with his attitude, I was upset and hurt. He accused me of not managing my asthma properly and not using my spacer etc. My partner wasnt happy with him either. I would not recommend him to anybody

Had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Ward at Genesis First Care north today. I live out of town and needed an ear wick reinserted as I had had an ear infection x 5 days and my wick had came out. He was the third physician I had come into contact with that week for this condition and he put me on an oral antibiotic ( which I didn't even have to ask for, and I had previously begged the other two physicians to do). I felt very cared for during this visit and wish more physicians were like him.

A second opinion with another GP is recommended as you acannot trust this doctors advice. He seems hurried and does not always listen to your concerns. If he had listened to me 3 years ago I may not be facing major surgery and resulting handicap today.
