Dr Lagace is very knowledgeable in his field.
Always had anything but good results after many surgeries. His secretary is also the kindest person we have ever dealt with.

Surgery done with old painful methods, no bedside manner, no aftercare instructions. Rude to nurses at hospital. Still no instructions when revisited. Would not converse about mistake at hospital. Frequently late. Never again.

Dr. Lagace is one of the best surgeon. He is very friendly and easy to talk too. Had a least 5 colonoscopie done by him. Excellent job every time. Highly recommended.

always at least a half hour late for my appointments. Wrote a major complaint letter regarding head nurse for cancer patients. Never even acknowledge the letter. so disappointed.

Absolutely no bed side manners what so ever. My colonoscopy always hurt but the last time was with Dr Lagace and it was unreal. I told him ahead that I was scared and that I am very sensitive but that just went through one ear and out the other. The pain was unbearable I screamed at the top of my lungs and he made me feel like I was complaining for nothing. He has absolutely no empathy what so ever and does not listen to his patients at all.

This is one caring and dedicated doctor! Very professionnal, friendly and sure seems efficient. No complications whatsoever. Loved him and would recommend him without hesitation.

Well i hope i dont write a book but usually i do! Doing it in english so it wont take 2 hours to read. First of i had surgery 2 months ago with Dr.Lagace and he did an awesome job at reconnecting me up. I left the hospital quickly cause i am a busy man. Hes the best at what he does. I recommend him to everyone. If anyone here as a bad review about him its only because they cant handle the truth. Straight up Dr thats what i like. I would of gived a 6 starts to him and his crew but i cant find it haha . Had no pain at all hardly and walked out of there with my combat boots before even seing him cause i was busy. No pain killers nothing cause he knows what hes doing

This procedure hurt a lot in comparison with the first one my boyfriend underwent with the same doctor. The difference with this colonoscopy is that was done way too fast. My rating is very low because the pain could have been avoided with gentleness that requires more time and a much lower number of patients done in a shift.
