Louise was my doctor for 30 years and helped bring my 3 children into this world. She is knowledgable and very helpful. If she did not know the answer she referred you to someone who could help. Enjoy your retirement Louise.You are missed.

Dr Cloutier was our family doctor for 17 years and the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I've ever had. I am sad to say, but also happy for her that after 35 years in Medicine, she finally took her retirement on Dec 31st 2010. Thank you Dr Cloutier for your dedication to our family. Happy retirement!

Dr Cloutier has been my family GP for over 20 years. This lady is the best MD I have ever had. She is highly knowledgable, compassionate and will go the extra mile to see you are properly cared for.

Dr. Cloutier has been my family doctor for over 25 years, along with my entire immediate family. Although I find since scaling back on her practice it is more difficult to get appointments with her, she has always been wonderful with all of us. She treated my father, who had a lengthy illness, until his death and came to the hospital once we knew his death was imminent to comfort the family. She has been with our family through births, deaths and long difficult illnesses. I can't imagine what I will do once she retires as I know I will never find another doctor and caring and with whom I feel as comfortable with. God bless you Dr. Cloutier

I had her for numerous years but I had to find another Dr when there was no follow up or when i realised that she was not as devoted as in the past. Too bad because I think she was a good doctor.

Has been my dr for 25 yrs. While she is routinely 30-40 minutes behinds, she is extremely knowledgeable and worth the wait.
