She fired me as a patient because I said masks don't work, making it incredibly difficult to get my prescription refilled. I expected better. Disgraceful conduct.

Very quiet. Not overly friendly. It seems like she's just going thru the motions at times. Maybe she's getting tired and needs to retire. I feel like I' m bothering her with my issues at times.. The staff is professional and helpful. I don't know whatbelse to say to get to 50 characters. One of the other doctors is also very good.

I have been going to Dr. Sepanmaa-Lund for over 15 years now. She is always very helpful, kind, understanding and spends as much time as I need with me and my son, who is Autistic. She NEVER rushes us out the door or gets inpatient with us. She is a great Dr. And the Clinic is full of Great staff. I will continue to see Dr. Sepanmaa-Lund for as long as she is a Dr.

I have been going to Dr Lund for over 10 years. She has always not been much of a communicator, but she has actually gotten worse the longer I have seen her. Her staff have repeatedly messed up booking my appointments, and passing on messages. She had me on a medication combo for years that was causing me a severe medical interaction and I didn’t even know it until I saw a different doctor. The last time I saw her, I had to change my infant sons diaper, and wrapped it up and threw it in her closed-top garbage, which is for medical disposal. She entered the room and all she said to me was “I hope that wasn’t fecal matter” and when I told her it was, she sighed and tossed a plastic glove at me. She made me fish the diaper out of the bottom of her garbage, and wanted me to take it with me! I was stunned!!

I Am Very Pleased With Dr. LUND. I Find Her Very Talkative With Me And My Son. My Son Has Aspberger Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She Is Very Patient With Him. She Doesn't Mind If He Doesn't Talk At All. Her Staff Is Very Professional. The Office Is Very Clean. Nurse Janice Is Also Very Good. I Can Not Imagine What Will Happen When Dr. LUND retires. That Will Be A Horrible Day For Me.
