I had Carpal Tunnel surgery almost 20 years ago. He was a no nonsense guy, excellent surgeon, no waiting in his office, but the or was 50 something degrees and he always had country music playing, according to the anesthesiologist. Dr. Mogan keeps a pretty tight schedule, or did then. Maybe he has not mellowed with age???

I saw Dr Mogan once. He entered the room asking belligerently, dismissively why I was there. I was in shock, immediately intimidated. His staff knew, of course, as they had asked all pertinent questions when I first called.I had had a completely failed and disfiguring surgery with another doctor who I guess, is his hand surgery rival. He hates this other dr. so, arrogantly, with his head swelling more by the second, told me he never corrects the other guy’s work because it’s done so differently and badly in the first place. By this time I was crying. He stood up, turned on his heel and strode out. I had only been in the room with him for about 3 minutes which was 3.5 minutes longer than I should have. As I was leaving, obviously crying, his receptionist had the nerve to ask for my autograph (I had been an actress) which of course I gave her.It wasn’t her fault this guy’s a monster. Having had the audacity to have wasted his time, I couldn’t stop crying all day. Hideous man. DON’T GO!

I was unable to use my right hand without pain before Dr. Mogan operated to repair damage done by another doctor. My hand is as good as new with no visible scar or pain.

He performed a miracle on my son. He would not have had use of his finger were it not for Dr. Mogan. Thanks!

Going to Dr. Mogan is like being in Communist Russia in the 80's. He spent two minutes with me after I waited a month and a half for the appointment. He gave me little to no advice about my wrist tendonosis, which he misdiagnosed in the first place. He was pretentious, uncaring, and hasty. He didn't care that my whole career is based on my hands. I had to continue to ask questions just to keep him in the room for five minutes to give me at least some advice, to which most of his replies were "I don't know". We are all sick of these doctors getting away with their incompetence because they fear no accountability.
