At sick appt, staff wasn't very caring to scared toddler & hurried us through weight check. She is a nurse practioner and bills higher than the MD's in the pediatric practice. Staff is not very helpful after visit, had an issue with giving my daughter her antibiotics, couldn't talk to her, only was allowed to talk with immediate care nurse who worked with on call doctor, even though pediatric group was opened and staffed on a Saturday. My Pharmacy recommended to get a different flavoring for antibiotics but needed a new prescription because we had already used the current prescription. On Call doc wouldn't re-order script. Also daughter had physical set up for next week and they called to confirm appt 2 days before only to cancel next day. Couldn't reschedule with similar time for a month.
