Dr Parray doesn't have the greatest bed side manner; however she is very quick an efficient. The second I described my daughter's symptoms she immediately diagnosed and confirmed with a physical exam. I don't love her as she made me feel very rushed, but do admire her for getting us in and out so quickly especially after sitting in urgent care for over an hour with a sick toddler!

Dr. Parray is one of the best doctors out there, she always puts her patients first which is why I believe she is so misunderstood. Most of the doctors I have seen in the past might've been cheerful or seen me for longer visits, but they have no where near the level of clinical knowledge and expertise that Dr. Parray holds. After seeing Dr. Parray for one visit she was able to identify my issues immediately and get me the appropriate tests I needed, issues in the past that I had to make countless trips back and forth from the clinic. Dr. Parray is a breath of fresh air, she is to the point and honest and her visits save me so much time and energy. She knows what is best for her patients and delivers, unlike other doctors who can be easily coaxed, Dr. Parray prioritize your care above ALL. Downtown Oshawa is not an easy place to work in and I give Dr. Parray all the respect for having the tolerance to deal with difficult patients day in and day out. I recommend Dr. Parray to those who understand the difference between a therapist and physician, and are ready to accept vulnerability and transparency from a provider.

I saw Dr. Parray in Urgent Care today for removal of surgical staples following surgery on my thigh 2 weeks ago. My wait in Urgent Care was less than 5 minutes, and Dr. Parray was outstanding. The procedure was almost painless, and she was wonderful about explaining what she was doing, which ones might be somewhat more painful, and how to care for the wounds ongoing.

Absolutely worst doctor ever. Lazy, condescending. Misdiagnosed my kidney issues, kept telling my son his illness was anxiety (it wasn't), hung up on my daughter after insulting her. I really tried to give her a chance, but she's awful. Just awful, will only go to urgent care from now on and only when she's not on duty.

I honestly have had no bad experiences with this Dr, she is professional and speaks with knowledge and medical terms. She's been super awesome with my newborn, and myself even though she's not even my Dr. just his, I have seen her myself in the past but she's not my family Dr. She is honest and doesn't have time for excuses or BS. she's no-nonsense and I like that about her. I hate small talk. She is quick and to the point and our visits last not too long, which I also enjoy.

Not my first bad experience with her. Zero beside manner, does not listen to her patients, case in point after having to ask for permission to speak without her interrupting me she said fine go ahead. After clarifying what she was saying I asked a question...her response? Go ahead!! I had to tell her I just asked you a question which she hadn’t answered. Her response why are you being rude to me!!

Condescending, rude, and always a frustrating experience. Always make you feel like she is doing you a favour seeing you as she is busy. Time to find another doctor!

The worst doctor. I was a single mother at the time, she asked me questions about my personal life and asked about my past relationship. When I refused to answer and asked her what my personal life had to do with my baby’s check up she got VERY angry, she then told me if CAS called her she would tell them I was neglecting my child because I wasn’t bringing him to her (I started going to walk ins because she is HORRENDOUS).

I have NEVER had contact with CAS ever yet she assumed that I was!!


Do not see this doctor!! She is rude and biased!

Absolutely the most HORRIBLE doctor. I have had this doctor for 10 years and none of those years were a good experience. I have been patient and just avoided her entirely. I have seeked treatment from her a handful of times and everytime has made me feel like a horrible person. I seeked treatment for a yeast infection a couple of years ago and had to get all STI screenings and swabs because she told me that I was probably "sleeping around" and that she treated a girl for similar symptoms that had been sleeping around and had STI's. I just went along with it and was totally cleared of everything to be told that it was a YEAST infection.
Just recently, I have sadly experienced two miscarriages. Both to which she told me were my fault and that my body didn't want them and told me that I should stop trying because my body was killing them.
I just recently found out I was pregnant again. The thought of going to her made me sick so I deregistered. I soon after received a message saying that she was going to deregister my WHOLE family (we were going to do this once we found a new family doctor anyways) however, she acted like a total child and was having a tempertantrum because I didn't want her as my doctor anymore due to horrible treatment for years.
Her secretary is a sweetheart and clearly caught up and having to work for a horrible person/doctor. Im so thankful for her amazing treatment or I have no idea how I would of got threw rough times.
All being said, never, ever consider this doctor!!!!!!!
