I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Rachel Kelly while she was working in Chilliwack, BC. She is one of the most caring doctors you will ever meet. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. It is nice to have a doctor who actually listens and care what her patients have to say. I miss her very much but know that people like her will be such an asset to the health industry.
