We found the doctor to be thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. However, we didn’t like having to wait more than one hour to see the doctor for our scheduled appointment. I see that others have had this problem, so an improvement in scheduling and staying on time is essential.

Dr. Al-Kaabi was wonderful, quiet man, but very good at what he does. Better bedside manner than most MD's. Jen

Dr. Al-Kaabi ended my treatment for a chronic life-long disease with no valid explanation to me and without giving me a fighting chance. He did not offer any other options or treatment. He did not return my phone calls when I was struggling for sometimes a month or so and he was often two to two and a half hours late for scheduled telephone appointments he had set up. I did not feel he listened to me. He abruptly told me I could go out of the province. I felt abandoned and left without any hope.

Worst scheduling office in the world. Don't have any concepts of time or care for others' time at all. Horrible.

I am a just a regular patient (named P.J.C. Kennedy)for the last fourteen years getting a wonderful treatment of emmunal globulin and my pain levels have decreased significantly. When my wonderful Neurologist retired , Dr. Al Kaabi was the only Specialist that would take me on as a patient. I try to be a good patient and understand that it is not easy to be Specialist in Our Country. In a public health care system there are many obstetricals to deal with. We as a public need to be more understanding and patient to be grateful to get such a special person to deal with all these issues and have a little smile at the end of the day of hard work as a Professional Doctor Therefore I give this Dr. a four Star rating

Dr Al-Kaabi is a errogant man who hides diagnosis from MRI's and lies about there results. This man needs to be held accountable.

His receptionist which is the same unfriendly woman that we see at every appointment is horrible to deal with. She needs a job not working with people. She is not helpful at all. It's very difficult getting an appointment , when you phone in and tell her that your child has just had a seizure and needs an appointment , she says she will have to call you back and then when you call back then next day to follow up, she says I,told, you I will call you back.

What a bunch of nonsense. How does a doctor prescribe anti psychotic drugs to a teen age boy. drugs that come with a black box warning, highest warning FDA has to a perfectly health young man? What about do no harm, told my wife the drugs were safe even for a pregnant woman. People be afraid these doctors are insidious and evil
