Doesn’t really listen or care. Past his prime. I switched to another doctor who was under 100 and could relate to humans.

Dr.Bob Caspers assistant was very friendly and helpful. She called me before the start of the day, set me up with the earliest appointment which was a cancelled session and provided me all of the details, directions and information. She was really supportive, professional and pleasant.
