We brought our 20-month old baby to SickKids emergency after a bad fall of a bar stool. The wait wasn't too bad. Dr. Ostrow asked us about the accident and checked for head injury and potential hip injuries. We walked up and down the aisle to check for limping. Dr. Ostrow did not check for any other broken bones even though we explained that baby fell flat on hands and knees and smacked his head on the floor. Two days later we went to get an X-RAY and discovered a broken clavicle bone that bothered our baby son very much. We are very disappointed that Dr. Ostrow did not do a thorough check for bone fractures.
