I came to see this dermatologist last year for the same annual skin screening. This year, when Dr. Rabach came in she clearly had not reviewed my charts or history at all. She asked if I'd ever had a skin screening and inquired about a blemish that she herself had removed a year ago. I had to inform her that it was she who had seen me and done this work. It's never a good feeling when your doctor does not recognize you, but she clearly didn't even take the time to look me up in her system or prepare. I don't know if she was running late (she seem hurried) and didn't have a chance to look over my records, but that's no excuse and a clear recipe for medical malpractice.

During the appointment, she further proceeded to inject some medicine into the spot where the blemish had been removed and she did this all so quickly and without even explaining to me what she was doing and what this medicine was. Given that she hadn't read my chart, I was extremely nervous she'd just injected me with something I was allergic to, but didn't have a minute to inquire before the medicine was being injected.

Then, when I went to settle my bill, the receptionist charged me for the services without providing any context about what the individual fees were for. Was it the co-pay? Was it the medicine I was unwillingly injected with? Terrible service and I still cannot get any record of what the fees went towards.

I was extremely upset leaving the office after only have max 15 minutes with the doctor. I really didn't feel like she cared about me or gave a proper examination at all and will not be returning, ever.

Dr Rabach is rude and snooty. She didn’t take any time to understand my condition and just prescribed the most generic drug I could have bought over the counter.

I went in for a cortisone shot that didn’t work. I scheduled a follow up for a week later and was charged for the co-pay and cost of the cortisone shot again. The second cortisone shot also caused facial atrophy.

I'm new to NYC and recently needed to find a dermatologist to take a look at something on my face. I saw Dr Morgan last Thursday as a new patient and was surprised by her abrupt bedside manner (she didn't even introduce herself when she walked in to see me and just immediately started touching my face without saying a word). As a new patient this made me somewhat uncomfortable but tis life (I get it, it's the city, were all busy/moving quick). My main issue though was in the follow up. I had a rash that needed steroid cream/anitbiotic asap. I left the office with the doctor and front desk saying they would send the prescription to my CVS. It's been one week since my appointment and the office still hasn't called in the script... I call almost every day and they say they will send but never do.... Super frustrating; was a complete waste of time and money, and I still don't have a fix for my face.

Just don't do it. I know that it is attractive because she has a 5th avenue address and she takes most insurance plans however she doesn't really know what she is doing. In a nutshell, I am scarred on my chest and face for the rest of my life. She took excessive means to remove what she saw as a problem. I am heartsick over what she did to me and I hope no one else has to suffer like I do. I have followed up with 2 other Doctors, one a Dermatologist and another a Plastic Surgeon. Both said the same thing to me. They really don't like to criticize another Doctor but what she did to me was excessive and therefore I am permanently scarred. Please don't get sucked into this... Her marketing is great. Her staff cute and upbeat but that's all for show...

The Worst! PLEASE PLEASE understand that these Doctors are not skilled. Its all a bait and switch- They act super friendly to get you "in". Read some of these reviews, not the ones that were written that are super sweet. I had a very similar experience. Believe me I know because I initially wrote a review after I was begged to by the office manager after one visit. Two different times thereafter the doctors each did a terrible job and the third and final time, Dr Morgan left me scarred.
Be careful... what more can I say but patient beware..

I had the worst experience. I had multiple skin issues that I wanted to get checked and so I came here since their Zocdoc and Yelp ratings were quite high. I wasn't even seen by the doctor but by a physician assistant. One of the ailments was a skin rash on my hand. They prescribed some ointment which exacerbated the condition. Also, they sold me overpriced brand ointments. They spent less than 5 minutes to look at all of my skin issues.
