Tried to upsell me on products I didn't need and seemed quite upset when discovered I wouldn't buy from her office.

She is very focused on money, did some extra exams we did not need, and refused to correct the billing to our insurance company as we asked. Definitely, we must avoid this money focused doctor. It's better to look for a professional doctor who cares about the patients healthy needs first !

Five star is not enough to rate Dr.Linda Yee and her staff

Recently I had my eye check up with Dr. Yee

1. Care of Dr. Yee - - Besides the meticulous examination and prescribing new lens, I had another checkup afterwards due to a sudden blood shot in my left eye. On short notice, her staff Lindsay and Dr. Yee spent additional time to examine the severity of the situation and provided feedback that the eye pressure is fine, a blood vessel had burst and there is no blood into the eye. She eased my mind that this is like bruise and the situation can happen at times .

2. Care of Staff --- Technical staff Lindsay, Lynn & Mary who I met are friendly, competent and helpful. There is a welcoming atmosphere in the Eye Care Centre.

Dr Linda Yee and all her staff and absolutely amazing. I've got glaucoma in both eyes and major migraines and she has been my point of comfort every time i visit her. Her Optical equipment has always been cutting edge new and she's always so fantastic in her checkups always going above what i pay her anyways. She is AMAZING. I can't say Thank you enough to her and her staff for being so approachable when i've been worried about my eyesight.

Dr. Linda Yee is the utmost professional. She is soft-spoken and calming. Her assistance does the preliminary exams and has been very competent. There's a very good team here. Furthermore, the clinic is self-sufficient and very proficient (with modern apparatus) .Where you can get your eye exam done and prescriptions filled in one place. A huge time-saver.

Dr. Yee is amazing! She eas very knowledgable and explained everything to me very well. Even though the office was very busy, the staff there was able to get me pre tested quickly and also help me find the right pair of glasses. I will be coming back for sure.

I have to agree with some comments here. Dr. Yee is knowledgeable, kind and patient. Her co-workers, on the other hand, are rude and seem to have very little training. The office is also sort of dated, so I wish I could see Dr. Yee in another location.

I wish I could rate the doctor alone. Dr. Yee is phenomenal, but her office is a mess. She should definitely consider hiring more people.
