Very pleased with the doctor. Staff has issues with answering calls in the office. While waiting for the appointment in the office can hear staff mostly socializing on a few occasions.

The clinic on the 3rd floor at SRC is great. Dr. Michelle Levy has been my doctor for 8-9 years now. She was not that helpful or knowledgeable with an issue I’ve had, but has ok bedside manner.

I have seen Dr Levy for 8 years now. Been through 2 horrible pregnancies and rare health issues. This doctor listens to your concerns and often look up things on the spot if she as unsure (particularly during pregnancy and breastfeeding). She makes good referral to the Sinai and UHN network, all the specialists she referred were top notch. Being a younger doctor I find she has less bias and is more careful. I dont think she accepts new patients now though. Other doctors in the same clinic are also pretty good from my walk-in experience

I could not be happier with Dr. Levy. I’ve been a patient of hers for years, and was so grateful to have found her after years of searching for a good doctor.

I was looking for a doctor who kept up on current medical information. Not one that doled out outdated medical advice. In my visits and talks with her it’s clear she keeps up in her field.

From my first visit with her she took the time to ask about my personal and family medical history. And continues to asks for updates upon each visit.

I have never felt rushed in an appointment, have never been misdiagnosed. I have always felt listen too and never dismissed with Dr. Levy. She is super easy to talk to she has a fantastic bedside manner. So glad she was able to take my husband on as well.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Levy for many years now she is very knowledgable has an amazing bedside manner takes the time to discuss our concerns and questions with you even calls you on days that she's not in the office I feel she is genuinely caring and concerned about her patients.
