I really like Dr Valentino. Every time I have spoken to him he was nice ; respectful ; funny... He deals with A LOT of hard to manage individuals... (Homeless; addicts etc) and he's always honest and straight forward. Some people might not like that but at the same time you can't be treated with kid gloves your entire life... If you do what you are SUPPOSED to be doing while on his programs then you shouldn't ave any issued. If you screw around and make constant excuses then as far as I'm concerned you get wheat you get. Getting on his program as saved my life.. I'm going to be attending college.. I have money in the bank..I've been able to put my money into taking better care of myself.. And I'm no longer using street level drugs. And u owe all of that to him. I am forever gratefuland have nothing but good things to say about him as a doctor.

The Wellington Clinic is toxic, to say the least. Dr. Dennis Valentino is in the wrong profession, as is Michelle, his receptionist and the main "Gate Keeper" at the clinic. The head physician, Dr. Purohit, is a decent fella and truly cares about his patients. Unfortunately, because of his staff, I had to leave and find another clinic. I will miss Dr. Purohit as he truly is a good doctor, but I am sick and tired of being treated like some sort of criminal. The atmosphere is more like a parole office than an actual doctor's office. Save yourself a lot of grief and avoid this clinic at all costs. There are plenty of other pain clinics in Hamilton that treat their patients like human beings - Michele needs to find a new career as she obviously hates her job and this translates into zero respect for all patients - a terrible experience to be sure.

I haven’t met the man yet after 2 years! The “assistants” a bunch or arrogant “b’s” are the ones “playing” doctor

Can’t never get to see this doctor in person only his rude staff members.
They are very demanding making sure patients show up on time and if you are 1 minute late the appointment is rudely cancelled however and as always and like all doctors they run late very late with their appointments and we as patients we can’t complain or the appointment gets cancelled! Rude receptionist, rude assistants!

A few years ago Dr. Valentino had the police come to my aged mother’s door regarding her medication. She and her friend were taken to the police station and and subsequently to the hospital. She had recently been transferred to his care and he had never bothered to see her in person. I had wanted to file a complaint but my mother did not wish it. Grounds for malpractice surely.
