Excellent family doctor. Empathize and able to assist or sent referral to any specialist to meet your care. I've been seeing Dr. Cha for more than 15 years now.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Cha for almost 6 years and we have been very satisfied of his punctuality and truthfulness with us. He may have been delay couple times with us but I truly understand as no one is perfect and it was just slightly delay. Also we were reminded by his staff of that delay, to me, that was just amazing. I find him knowledgeable more than enough to have cured my medical situation just him alone without having to refer me to a specialist. I've noticed that his staff have been pleasantly professional to our phone calls and during arrival at their desk. I definitely am sticking with Dr. Cha. I am more than thankful to have found him.

I am waiting an average of 10 to 30 min. which is average i think for a family doctor

Takes his time and is very thorough. Wait time is variable from 5 min to 30 min.

By far the worst doctor I’ve even seen. He is timid and scared about everything. His main priority is covering his own “butt” If you’re actually looking for help, do yourself a favor and keep looking because I promise this doctor is more work than relief.

Dr. Cha is not the most confident of doctors. Often has to refers to a text book when looking for solutions. That being said, he is a very nice and compationate person.

Current receptionist has attitude and lacks professionalism.
