Dr. Lau is awesome. His front office is VERY rude and DISCOURTEOUS. I sincerely believe he absolutely has no knowledge of the problems that patients incur before they even see him. The office manager will inform you that she will correct the situation that caused the problem and it never gets attention. If this kind of treatment continues, he will most definitely lose patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lau's for approximately 7 1/2yrs. He started in a small office with a small staff. His practice has grown extensively and nothing has changed. He is very compassionate, detailed, knowledgeable and professional. He makes sure all your health needs are met. I have never had this experience with any other healthcare provider and his timeliness is always 100%!!!! Way to go Dr. Lau and staff!!!!!!

Staff was friendly and courteous. I was in pain from a kidney stone and they made accomodations to make me a little more comfortable.
