Front staff and doctor very professional and courteous

Not impressed at all. He was uncomfortable, stumbled over his words and made me uncomfortable too. I didn't really trust what he was saying because he seemed so unsure. Won't bother going back. Lots of other optometrists in the area.

I had an appointment and an associate introduced us and he looked me up and down and walked away without a word. Very uncomfortable. I did not proceed with my eye exam and will never return. Very unprofessional!

Dr. Carvalho is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is professional, thorough and takes the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I saw Dr. Carvalho for the first time yesterday, he is kind, compassionate and professional. The appointment was quick and on time and his receptionist was wonderful as well. I will be going to him from now on and have encouraged my entire family to go as well.

Wish I could go see him but their office is closed at the moment due to covid. I'm hoping they open up next month so I can get my exam done then. They got back to me so quickly and genuinely took the time over the phone to assess me and find out if I needed urgent care. Even when their office is not open, the doctor really cares for his patients.

Very professional doctor. Our family has been going to his clinic for many years. He always is available for emergencies and takes the time to listen. I would not trust anyone else with my eyes. He diagnosed my condition at the first visit. In the past I wasted a lot of time with other optometrists and doctors who were dismissive.

Best eye doctor in Oshawa! Finally someone genuine, caring and knowledgeable . I've had bad eye exams in the past with doctors who don't listen and rush you iht the door. This doctor really cares and helps you. I'll be coming back next week with my husband and kids.

Great experience overall. Their clinic is so accommodating and efficient. I really appreciate the doctor taking the time to explain my condition and treatment.
Their selection of frames is also outstanding! I would highly recommend Dr. Carvallo.
