Staff is very unhelpful over the phone; the staff's actions appear to be in opposition with Dr. Hettena's wishes. Dr Hettena, also smart, knowledgeable, does not return phone calls in response to serious symptoms. This is very distressing, in that he is otherwise an excellent physician in person.

Brilliant doctor. Very knowledgeable. Takes as long as necessary to listen and examine. But might be late for the appointment. If he cannot figure out what's wrong with you, no one will.
