My experience with Dr.MacDonald was not very good. While she seems to be a kind woman, I felt that she brushed off my concerns, giving me the same response without addressing the issues I had. I liked her dental assistants, but I found the front desk staff to be a bit rude; I especially didn't appreciate being kept waiting for a receptionist to finish her private call before greeting me. The dental office came highly recommended to me, but my experience has been sub par.
