Dr. Castel, has slowly lost her endearing bedside manner and to an increasingly condescending voice. This is so tiresome when we are at our worst and looking for heartfelt wisdom, not cynicism. This community, her patients and doctors she has referred us to; have watched her change over the last 10 to15 years. Her transition from her Private Practice to Primary Medical Group has been remarkably cold.

**GONE are the days of her compassionate alignment with her sick patiences; that we once felt. Shame, Dr. Castel is an amazing healer & health care provider when she chooses to do so. To choose to belittle & STARE DOWN her patients; in the wrong and blame them for something her P.A. Karen did, (change an order from another doctor, then blaming it on the patient, never to come clean. The other Doctor has never been all too happy... since "the team" know all the doctors in town, we mustn't forget). Dr. Castel, has slowly lost something so endearing, empathy. We have watched in disbelief her awkward choices rather than embracing her aling patiences, The Doctors Oath. Has it been forgotten? She has a vast & fantastic knowledge of health issues. Shame, Dr. Castel is an amazing healer & health care provider - when she chooses to do so & and not preach that she can make it easier or more difficult on us, because of all her contacts in town; is this the truth? This is a claim of grand power, no? It's discouraging to see this change in such a wonderful doctor. Sad.
