Got referred to him through work. He then lied about what we discussed and my medications, causing immense stress and anger. Completely irresponsible, unprofessional and unfit to work in the field of mental health.

No empathy, no real understanding of my medical condition. Tried to diagnose me in a 1 hr video conference, I thought doctors were meant to help people.

Saw this doctor for work mental health assessment recently. Unpleasant experience. Zero compassion. Subsequent report used incorrect facts and assumptions. Dismissed mental health conditions already diagnosed. Misdiagnosed two conditions. Accused me of being difficult and withholding information. You've been warned.

Take notice the reviews are either 5-star or very low. Notice that all the 5 stars start with I .... or Dr Walker... and the fewer star reviews feel authentic? Who wrote what? I think these reviews are skewed! I was appalled by this bloke's service. I was instructed to see him, and then I came here to read the reviews - should have read them first. You feel worse and lowly after you leave this bloke. He has no compassion, empathy, understanding, or authenticity here. But lastly and most important this bloke has set back my journey for the help I was seeking with his incorrect report - that took him less than an hour to analyze my whole life and disabilities. If you are referred to this man for a report - avoid it at all costs. If you want to see him as a private person because you are a sucker for Narc's .... That's your business.

Quack! A fox in sheepskin. Warm at first and then tried, at first to hide his condemnation of my lack of ability ATM, due to PTSD and stress. this bloke,'s smirk and grin, is so unempathic, as I explained my vulnerability, this quack then gnarled his teeth to make me feel worse. with a subtle degrading remark - that hit me after I left. Quack! Narcissist! Avoid at all costs. I felt he got some pleasure out of feeling superior, while he made me inferior.

Dr Walker helped me greatly when I was going through a difficult period in my life. My work referred me to see him and I am extremely grateful that I got the opportunity.

Dr Walker is the most genuine man I've met. His humility is genuine and absolute. I encourage all veterans to meet with him and give him a chance to help you. Dr Kipling's moral compassion is straight and protective of your vulnerabilities. Please veterans, don't be dissuaded by the negative reviews. If you are in trouble, he will help you.

Dr Walker helped me at a difficult time in my life, when I was not coping with unexpected changes and my PTSD had worsened. I found him to be compassionate, he acted quickly to assist me, and he was also open about the realities of living with PTSD. He explained the medications to me in a way that helped me to understand the benefits of certain medications, rather than being left to read controversial information online that may not be accurate. This is a psychiatrist who is open to explaining why he is recommending a treatment, rather than expecting the patient to blindly trust what he is prescribing. I understand from previous ratings here that he may do workcover assessments. In my view, that type of work would be very difficult because there is often two, or even three sides to a story. Seeing him as a patient was a very positive experience.

Kipling (not calling him a Dr) suggested my weight caused by PTSD. That’s enough to drive anyone to an eating disorder.
