Dr. Fletcher is absolutely wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable, he always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Bedside manner is absolutely phenomenal. The receptionist is abhorrent. You leave messages and they are never returned, and when/if you're call is returned she is absolutely terrible to speak with, always makes you feel as though you have interrupted her by calling and that she is constantly angry about having to do her job.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Dan as my personal care provider. He is knowledgeable, attentive and never makes me feel that he is in a hurry . He cares about all of his patients and we in Harvey are very blessed to have him here.

Dr Dan is very understanding and very compassionate. He is very thorough and seeks other professionals advice when in doubt; I am blessed to have him not only for myself but my entire family!

Fantasitc family doctor. Love him for myself, my husband and our young kids. He is easy to get into for emergencies, listens and remembers from appointment to appointment what has been going on and it quick to refer and follow up when necessary. Appointments often run behind but to be expected when he is trying to be accomodating with everyone.

An excellent Family Doctor. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will do a consult. Always takes time with my office visit. Has coached me and offers great information. I liked him so much, my two daughters joined his practice years ago. I would give him a 5/5.

Dr. Fletcher is great with his diagnosis, he is punctual, has kind bedside manner and will see patients for non-emergency care. This page is overly critical, most doctor's offices are hard to get on the phone because they see anywhere from 500-2000 patients, deal with stressful medical situations and obviously have interactions with some overly critical, ungrateful and rude patients.

Often has student doctors in training see a patient without asking permission of the patient. I don't mind a student sitting in on a consultation, but when I book an appointment with Dr. Fletcher I expect to see Dr. Fletcher, at the very least to review the diagnosis and options.
Sure the student consults with Fletcher (while the patient cools his/her heels for 15-20 minutes) but I don't see how this saves Fletcher much time. Patient tells student, then student tells Fletcher, then Fletcher tells student what to say, then student comes back to tell patient. We all know how much info and accuracy is lost in transmitting stuff from one person to another. And that's not even factoring in the extra anxiety of patient dealing with a "new" doctor who hasn't a clue about patient history (or cares). Not a very professional operation, in my opinion. The practice of medicine is IN THE DETAILS... and the profession, these days, simply doesn't have time for details.
