Disgusting experience. When she couldn’t do a biopsy with emla cream as I wasn’t numb she threw the instruments in a bucket and told me to get dressed. Then proceeded to tell me that maybe if I got the plumbing in my house fixed my gyno problem might “magically resolve”. Deplorable woman

Ok so Dr Forde performed my c-section in 2004. After our first visit I came away thinking I need to find someone else because she doesn’t seem very nice at all. I actually turned to my husband and said I bet she doesn’t have any kids. On our next visit my husband asked her if she had any kids and she said no! But, I have to say that if you persevere with her after a while she does actually grow on you and you can see her for who she is. Yes, she is very direct but she’s honest and tells you how it is. I would actually see her again if I needed anything related to gynaecology. Don’t give up too soon, get to know her first.

Never again will I see Dr. Forde again. She was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met with the worst bedside manner. She has no clue about LGBTQ relationships and she made my partner and me feel more uncomfortable than we have felt in a long time. She also kept telling us these random negative stories about other patients/clients which is a total breach of confidentiality. She is the kind of person that you are afraid to ask questions because of the responses she gives and she is always smerking like you are stupid when you do ask a question. She wasted our time and money because I will never go back and see her again. I suggest you go somewhere else where you are treated with respect and dignity.

Will never go back. I never returned to her after my first appointment. I don't mind someone who gets straight to the point but there is a difference between that and genuinely rude. Doesn't have time to listen to you or try and understand your concerns. Information she gave me was incorrect and would have put me in a much worse position if I listened to her advice and not gotten another opinion.
