Wow! What an incredibly compassionate, thoughtful and honest experience. As a daughter, my mom was in for a surgery this past week. She acknowledged the challenges and feelings that she must be having and also made a point to make eye contact with me, her support person. She followed up after surgery with a phone call and surgery was fit in as an emergency. The wound itself looks beautiful and is healing nicely and the reception office was quick to return calls and answer questions. At a healthcare time of crises, not only within the system but on an individual level, I was more than impressed. I work within the NSHA as a palliative care social worker and was very impressed by her honesty, professionalism and person centred/family centred approach to care. Thank you to you and your team for saving my moms life!!

I had spine surgery. In the OR, I was scared and stated so and yet she just stood there with her mask on staring at me and didn't say a word to me. She didn't visit me before or after the surgery, nor was I sent for post surgical rehabilitation. I called the office several times looking for a referral but was told by the secretary that she has no record or knowledge of the situation. I waited 5 yrs for surgery. Wow..

Worth every day I waited to see Dr Pickett. Her staff amazing ( Susan, I listened) and Dr Pickett took their time, they were caring, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Dr Pickett for all you do!!! Stay Gold!!!

She will tell you that you have options and it's your choice what you decide. She however decided for me it seems, and will no longer contact me nor can I get a response from her. Go elsewhere.

Dr Picket is a amazing surgeon she replaced a herniated disc in my husbands neck and gave him back to me . I can not explain our gratitude to this women and owe her a huge thank you . If you need a neurosurgeon she is one of the best I would recommend her to anyone . We drove 5 hours to see her and it was the best decision we ever made.

Had in person visit but mri was not there. Had that done and a virtual visit happened. She described her plan and arranged for surgery.

I saw Dr. Pickett in late 2017. She seemed very knowledgeable and professional but left me feeling a tad unimportant after my appointment. Did not entertain my questions to the level I would have hoped!
