I met with Dr. Wassell and was very impressed with his professionalism. He was punctual, he and his staff were courteous and friendly, and they are providing me with great care.

Saw Dr. C. His office was punctual. He removed a small spot on my leg. Unfortunately it became infected two days later. No big deal in my opinion as that can happen. However, called office about it and was told they wouldn't see me without a second referral from my GP and they were booking two months from now.
Wait two months with an infection? Their message: too bad, not our problem. Had to go to a walk-in clinic instead.

Best clinic for acne scarring. I had been to a few clinics for my acne scarring with minimal results. Dr. Barankin Saw me and clearly explained my type and severity of acne scarring, and the treatment options available as well as expectations for results. I’ve spent a decent amount of money and the results have been worth it without doubt. Dr. Barankin is smart, kind, takes time to explain & answer questions, and accommodating. Highly recommend this clinic.

Felt incredibly rushed and didn’t feel like I could discuss my concerns about my condition. Overall it’s a nice clinic, just didn’t feel very comfortable.

The Nurses at this office do a poor job in communicating with patients; and seem very annoyed to discuss anything at all. Something really needs to be done about this, as this harms the overall quality and experience of this office.
