This dentist is a gold digger , he does not care about his patients only cares about money 💰 He did lots of work on my teeth that should have gotten dentures , but he put a large bridge in & it’s all infected & now needs to come out & I have to get dentures , I told him from the start I wanted dentures but he & his staff said OH NO dentures are no good , bridge is way better , so I only agree to it ONLY if my insurance will pay for it all & only if my teeth on each side is good to hold the bridge & he said yes it will-last you 20 yrs , well it’s not even a year old & it’s lose & have infection, went to see him about the infection & he said no infection & all good , He charged me $50 to tell me that ! He made $17,000 off me & I’m a senior , my new dentist took X-rays & check my teeth & bridge out & the tooth is fractured , badly infected & Dr . Andrew Willoughby told me it’s not & there’s nothing wrong with it ! And he wants more money from me after he told me it was all covered with my insurance ! I have to pay $1,500 for dentures now ! I’m not happy about all this suffering I had with my teeth , he failed me in many ways ! I do not recommend him at all !

Very impressed with his work, chairside manner, and respectful treatment of me, his assistant in training and staff. Highly recommended. Very happy to have found him. Disregard the one or two bad reviews you may have read on this site. He is great. Very knowledgeable.

The office billing is terrible. Treatment not billed even after we asked for the bill and then a sudden 10 day notice to pay $10,000. None of which they will outline how they came to the total. With two great dental plans it’s not even clear to an accurate calculation.

Treats his staff with disrespect and withholds pay. Several staff have left. That’s the end of my time at this dental office.

From what I know of this practice dr Andrew is an exceptional dentist and someone who cares and calls his patients after hours. is NOT a narcissist

Great dental office who were very friendly and efficient at their work. They were able to get all my dental needs satisfied in a fast and timely manner. They clearly explained everything that needed to be done to my teeth. I would highly recommend North Hart Dental.

Dr. Willoughby is fast, courteous, thorough and nearly painless. He gives detailed explanation of what he is doing and why. I believe he's a leader in the field, and has developed technology to advance his profession. On my initial appointment (about 10 years ago) I needed an immediate root canal prior to an out of the country holiday. he re-arranged his schedules to accommodate me. The work was done in about 2 hours, and I was able to chew normally the next day! Ive been his patient since then, and my teeth have never been better cared for. I recommend him without hesitation.

Took this from his other rate MD page as this was my exact experience as well- Have you met a narcissist before? Dr Willoughby can be charming, he brags of his extensive knowledge and expensive machinery and accomplishments unlike most dentists who rely on happy client references for referrals. If you have problems in a procedure, he will always come up with a rationalization that doesn't make him look bad. Basically no one can be great is all the modalities he lists on his site. I think the man is smart and works hard, but overconfident and a genius salesman. He may even sincerely care, and no doubt many do have a good experience with him, but I wouldn't do any out of the ordinary procedures with him though he sounds persuasive. I did and it was nothing but frustration and runaround. I can back up the other reviewer that I found him very immature and defensive when the procedures weren't going well.
